I was given a free ebook edition of this book as a part of the First Reads Giveaway.Wow! This book was fascinating. I could not put it down. The story was riveting and very fast paced. I look forward to reading the rest of the series the author has planned out. I've seen where this book was compared to books by Dan Brown, I personally thought this was far better than Brown's and I've read most of Brown's books. I'd have to recommend this to people who enjoy a good thriller that involves politics, conspiracy, end times and a bit of the supernatural. It's got a good amount of historical references too. I'm very glad I was given the opportunity to read this and discover a new author that I enjoy.
